2010 Softball Winter Camp

Join us this February 7, 14, and 21 for our 2010 Softball Camp for ages 8-14 and 15-18.

This camp will focus on:

• Hitting: proper mechanics, hitting for power, plate coverage, proper hitting mentality
• Bunting: for a sacrifice and for hits, slapping
• Base Running: rocker starts, leads, stealing bases, sliding
• Throwing: mechanics, footwork, increasing arm strength and accuracy
• Fielding: footwork, range, creating soft hands
• Pitching: improving control and power, adding pitches
• Catching: blocking, throwing mechanics and footwork, calling and framing pitches
