Business Office

Once you have registered for your classes, you have several options that make it easy for you to pay your bill. 

Option 1 Pay Online
Online payment options are available through the Pay online link.
You will need your Student ID and password (use the same password as you use for our online portal at my.sussex.edu.)
Installment payment plans are available. You can enroll by accessing online payments from the home page.

Option 2 Pay in Person
You can deliver your payment in person at our office located in the main lobby of the Administration Building (B).
Payment can be in the form of cash, personal check, certified check, money order, or approved credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover only). Checks should be made payable to "Sussex County Community College."

Option 3 Pay by Mail
If you choose to pay in full, you may pay by mail. (Check or money order made payable to Sussex County Community College). Payment must include a copy of your registration or billing statement available from the Registrar's Office. Please print your full name and Student ID # in the memo section of the check. Mail payment to the address noted below, attention Business Office. No payment plan payments may be mailed to the Business Office.

Payment must be received by payment due date in order to avoid a late fee.

Late Payments
Late payments made by check will have a 10-day hold placed on the account.

Tuition Due Dates

• Summer 2010: Must pay in full the day you register either online or at the Business Office
• Fall 2010: August 25, 2010

Late fees will be assessed if your bill is not paid by the due date.
Summer 2010 registration that does not include full payment will be voided.

Health Insurance

Proof of health insurance must be presented to the Business Office no later than September 24, 2010.

You may fill out the online waiver for proof of health insurance on my.sussex.edu or at the Business Office.
