Summary

Sussex County Community College is looking for adjunct instructors for the following Baking & Pastry courses for Spring 2023 Semester:  

 

CULA 122- Basic Baking

CULA 135- Advanced Baking & Pastry

BAKE 120- Basic Breads

BAKE 125- Advanced Breads & Doughs

BAKE 130- Frozen & Plated Desserts.

 

All courses have lecture and lab hours each week.

 

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher in Baking & Pastry Arts.
  • Demonstrated experience in this field as a hospitality professional of at least 5 years.
  • 2 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment, preferred.
  • Current credentials for ServSafe Management certification.

 

Class Dates & Times

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday  9-3 p.m. for 11 day sections (1 Month)
