3/1/2019 3:27:00 PM

Laughter’s the best medicine so why not laugh away the last of the winter blues and welcome spring with the annual Sussex County Community College Comedy Show?
Join three funnier-than-thou comedians when they bring their best to SCCC on Saturday, April 6, for the college’s annual comedy show night. Kicking off at 7 p.m. in the
Performing Arts Center, the show features three comedians fresh off the New York comedy circuit.

Teresa DeGaetano is a writer for A-List Comedy, which provides jokes to your favorite radio hosts across the country. She’s been featured on Impractical Jokers, The Wendy Williams Show, Good Morning America, and Dr. Oz, and is regularly on Sirius XM’s Bravo Station dishing about The Real Housewives.

Julie Kottakis brings her dark humor to topics like motherhood. She has been featured in international festivals and was a finalist in the She-Devil Comedy Festival 2017. She recently released her first comedy album, Tiny Roommate.

Mike Speirs, a comedian and former teacher armed with an engaging storytelling ability, open and honest material, and quick wit, also returns to SCCC as a fan favorite.

The show, which is 18 and older only, is presented by Free Spirit Comedy.

Purchase tickets for the show at sussex.edu/comedyshow. Tickets are $25 and selling fast.
