Adjunct - Biology

Job Description

Sussex County Community College STEM Department seeks adjunct/part-time biology instructors for the following in person courses for the Summer 2024 semester. Course descriptions can be found here: https://www.sussex.edu/academics/college-catalog/.

The summer I semester runs May 20, 2024 through June 24, 2024. Openings are anticipated for the following courses:

Anatomy & Physiology I lab Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30am-11:10am

Anatomy & Physiology II lab Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 12:30pm-3:10pm

Biology I (majors) lab Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30am-11:10am

Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness lecture Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:30pm-9:10pm

The summer III semester runs July 1, 2024 through August 6, 2024. Openings are anticipated for the following courses:

Anatomy & Physiology I lab Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 12:30pm-3:10pm

Anatomy & Physiology II lab Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30pm-11:10am

Biology II (majors) lab Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30am-11:10am

Botany lab Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-11:10am

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in appropriate discipline required. Prior college/university teaching experience preferred.
