Job Description

Working under the direction of the Director of Finance, and Chief Budget Officer, the student intern will be asked to perform various functions that support the mission and activities of the Finance department.

  1. Perform budget formatting sheets specific to the annual budget build.
  2. Perform reconciliation of select accounts as assigned.
  3. Assists with general clerical functions as needed.
  4. Assist with the accounts payable area in check management and invoice reconciliation.
  5. All other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Current college student enrolled in finance area

Essential Skills:  

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills must be demonstrated
  • Computer proficiency and high competency with Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Ability to function in a team environment

Salary:  $15.13 per hour
