Horton Food Pantry

According to a March 15, 2017 report in The Atlantic: After surveying 33,000 students across 70 community colleges in 24 states, around two-thirds of these students have limited or uncertain access to nutritionally adequate and safe foods. The need for the Horton Pantry was recognized and created to serve our students.

Students may visit the Horton Pantry Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 am–5 pm to pick up food and other supplies.

The pantry will operate in a self-serve fashion. Students will be able to fill up a bag with a maximum of three (3) of any food/toiletry items available. (Ex: 3 boxes of pasta, 3 canned vegetables, 3 canned fruit, etc…)
