Marketing Request

All marketing material must be approved by the Marketing Dept., consistency with the College brand is important. 

How to request marketing for an event/project/website changes:

  • A Marketing Request Form (see below) must be filled out for projects, events and website changes.
    Upload Word documents and images to accompany the advertising request or changes.
  • Do not email Marketing Requests.
  • The Marketing Department works with the entire College campus, therefore it is imperative that requests be submitted a minimum of 3-4 weeks for a simple project/event and 5+ weeks for major projects/events to allow enough time to promote your event.

For EVENTS: Include DATE, TIME, LOCATION, and if there is an RSVP deadline or COST to attend.
ASAP is not a valid entry. Date must be a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event or need by date.
Please check only REQUIRED marketing needed for the project/event. Some events do not require all items.
